- Why no fixed price on the website?
- Because every small business is different. The right scope for a 3-person agency is wrong for a 20-person construction firm. A fixed shrink-wrapped fee would either over-charge the small one or under-serve the larger one — neither is fair. We quote per engagement after a short discovery call.
- How is pricing actually determined?
- Three factors: how many service lines you want (Sales, Marketing, Bookkeeping, Reporting, Staffing, Tech Stack), the size and complexity of your business, and whether you want a multi-month commitment or short-term help. After a 30-minute discovery call we send a concrete number and a scope of work — no fishing expedition.
- What's the Humagentic platform, and is it included?
- Yes, in every engagement. It's the website, CRM, lead pipeline, scheduling, online sales tooling, and 24/7 AI voice agent (the one that may have answered your call). No setup fees, no separate subscription.
- Is there a minimum commitment?
- Most engagements run on a 3-month minimum because real operational change doesn't land in 30 days. Annual commitments earn a discount. We'll talk through what fits your situation on the discovery call.
- Can I just hire you for one project?
- Sometimes. For one-time builds (a CRM migration, a financial audit, a website refresh) we'll quote a project fee. For ongoing operations work, we'd rather start with a short engagement than a single sprint — that's where we add the most value.
